Track Out

Ryan, Nicole and I had so much fun this track out. It was hard to see them go back to school. Although, the last week was a little rough. I may or may not have threatened to send them to camp a few times, when their arguing was out of control. Our three weeks were filled with a visit to the pumpkin patch, making yummy Halloween treats, and just slowing down a little and enjoying the beautiful Fall weather. Things we probably would have been too busy to do if they were in school. During track out not much gets done, hence the laundry marathon I participated in as soon as they went back to school. (Twelve hours, thank you)

But for now they are back in school, until Thanksgiving. Nicole argued with me the whole way home from school today about why I wouldn't home-school her. I told her I would make a terrible teacher, that she would get bored eating lunch with her mom every day, and that I would make her do laundry for homework.(She didn't buy it) I guess that means she had a lot of fun during track out! Having their cousins come in at the end of the week helps distract them from the whole "I don't want to be in school" thing. They are very excited to see Jake and Tyler!
