Every Spring, when it finally starts to warm up, I always start a deck garden.(tomato plant, some herbs, couple flowers) Dennis complains to me that they never make it to see Fall. This year, I have remembered to water them, and have gotten a little crop of my own. The tomatoes and basil have been delicious. We haven't tried the cuke yet.
